How It Works

  1. Michelle Mumoli works with you to decide which services can increase your home’s value the most and set an estimated budget for the work. 
  2. When you're ready to start, Michelle will be by your side as you engage vendors and commission work.
  3. Once the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market.
  4. You'll pay for the services when they occur direct to the vendor and after you have signed a listing agreement.

Are there any services not covered?

Our goal is to help as many clients as possible. The program is intentionally flexible; we've developed to be used with most vendors for your convenience. Services that include structural issues and repairs may be out of the range and scope of work for some of our vendors.

When do I have to pay for these services?

You’ll pay once for these services once the listing agreement is signed, directly through the vendors themselves.

How much can my property sell for after the repairs/renovations?

New condominium home builders who use a designer and consult with a professional Realtor, see an ROI of $75-150K+ per unit.

Homeowners who repair/renovate their homes prior to launching on the market average $25K-100K more in market value.
