Agents must be Full Time, willing to attend weekly one on one accountability & mentorship meetings with the team principal and take constant training on our systems/processes. The more you learn the more you earn here.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
  • Self-motivated and committed to success
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

 
Top producing real estate team in NJ is searching for personable, reliable, positive individual to assist team principal on day to day operations, creating opportunities for the team and themselves. This position could be great for a currently active NJ real estate agent, who is winding down their sales production, looking to make a change or just loves to have the support of a team of caring people around them to foster their growth. POSITION DESCRIPTION

POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Accurate and detailed property listings on the MLS
  • Professional property descriptions
  • Uploading high-quality photos and virtual tours
  • Ensuring listings are optimized on MLS for search visibility
  • Filling out contracts
  • Filling out leases
  • Listing Paperwork
  • All compliance paperwork as required by the state
  • Managing deadlines and timelines
  • Coordinating media shoots, inspections, appraisals, and anything required
  • Communicating timelines, due dates & next steps with all parties involved to ensure a smooth transaction
  • Creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and social media posts
  • Scheduling & promoting open houses
  • Ensuring all documents comply with state and local regulations
  • Keeping agents updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations
  • Assisting with all aspects of a deal and lease from listing to close
  • Acting as a liaison between agents, attorneys and clients
  • Providing regular updates to clients on the status of their transactions
  • Handling client queries and concerns professionally
  • Learn, attend workshops/training on best practices for continued NJREC docs, contract writing and MLS listings
  • Offer one-on-one training sessions for new agents to them team on crm integration
  • Have a natural curiosity for architecture, design, real estate and technology
  • Handling paperwork and documentation
  • Organizing and maintaining a tidy CRM
  • Providing notary services if required (future)
  • Assisting with the use of real estate software and tools
  • Offering support for electronic signatures and digital transaction management
  • Keeping agents updated on the latest real estate trends

Requirements and Absolute Must Haves:

  • Active NJ Real Estate License
  • 3-4 years min experience in the real estate business how a sales rental transaction works
  • Must be self driven, with a sense of humor & a thick skin
  • Expert Level Organizational & Communication Skills
  • Have a valid drivers license & reliable vehicle
  • Must Live in Hudson or Essex County Nj
  • Must Understand & Have Expert Time Management Skills
  • Excellent Listener and Note Taker
